Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Freq Force website (the “Site”) or purchasing any products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

2. Products We Sell

We sell:

Digital music downloads (MP3 and/or WAV format), delivered electronically.
Physical products, such as limited edition vinyl records.
Other items as may be added to the Site from time to time (e.g. merchandise, producer tools, sample packs).

Product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing, but we do not guarantee that all details are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, or amend product information at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract and that the payment details you provide are valid and your own (or you are authorised to use them).

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Prices are displayed in [insert currency, e.g. GBP] and may not include taxes or duties applicable in your country — you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply to physical orders shipped internationally.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Digital Downloads

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the file for your own personal or professional listening/DJing/production use, as applicable.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share purchased files with others.
Upload purchased tracks to other platforms for sale or unauthorised distribution.
Use purchased tracks in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of Freq Force or any featured artist.

Once you create an account and complete a purchase, your digital downloads remain accessible to you via your My Account dashboard. We aim to keep purchased files available for re-download indefinitely, but we do not guarantee permanent availability and recommend keeping personal backups of anything you purchase.

5. Physical Products (Vinyl)

Where physical items are purchased, ownership and risk passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes shown on the Site are estimates only and not guaranteed.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by you.

6. Accounts

To access certain features (such as purchase history and digital downloads), you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to music, artwork, logos, branding, and written content — is owned by or licensed to Freq Force and/or the relevant artists, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
Infringes the rights of Freq Force, our artists, or any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account if we believe these Terms have been violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freq Force is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or the Site itself. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
